Terms of service
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms apply to this website and to submitting a request through it.
Submitting a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing
Sending a request is an enquiry, not an order. It does not oblige you to buy anything and it does not oblige us to build anything. We read every request, but we may decline one without giving a reason.
How a request becomes an agreement
If we take a request on, we come back by email with a written scope: the deliverables, a fixed price, and a delivery date. There is an agreement between us when you accept that scope in writing — not before. Anything not named in the scope is not part of it.
The price we quote is fixed for the scope it describes. If you want something changed or added along the way, we will quote that separately before doing it.
What we deliver
We build what the accepted scope says, test it, and deliver it by email. Agents built on this site are software that produces output from your inputs: it can be wrong. You are responsible for checking an agent's output before relying on it, and for not using it where a mistake would cause harm you are not prepared to absorb. Nothing we deliver is legal, financial, or medical advice.
Where an agent depends on a third-party AI provider or another external service, that provider's availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and their changes can affect a delivered agent.
Who owns what
Once you have paid in full, the deliverables described in the scope are yours to use, modify, and run. We keep ownership of the general tools, techniques and know-how we used to build them, which we remain free to reuse.
You keep ownership of everything you give us. By submitting a request you confirm you are entitled to share what is in it.
The public board
We publish some requests on the homepage board to show the work moving from request to delivery. Published requests show the job and its stage, never who asked. We only publish a request we have marked public, and we will keep yours off the board if you ask.
Acceptable use
Do not use the form to send unlawful, infringing or abusive content, and do not use it to request an agent whose purpose is to break the law or someone else's terms. We rate-limit submissions and discard obvious spam.
Liability
We do our work with care, but we do not promise the site is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any agreement is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not take away the protections your local law gives you.
